A New Website about Old Comics and Ads

I’m still working on a site I put up about two weeks ago Replaying Nostalgic Comics and Ads. It’s all about old comics, and ads from a half century ago or longer. I’ve added several old comic pages and images to the site. More will be coming as I have time to add them.

I’m trying to show some serious use for these old comics in reference to history. There are some interesting facts in various comics that still have meaning today. I also have old ads from those days. You can see some of the things advertised and the type of ads they ran back in those times.

UiiR is also a site about unusual information appearing on the web. We search the Internet, the library, our personal books, and other sources of information in our search to bring you as much information about such topics as our time and finances permit. Most of this will come later as time permits.
