As a quick summary I estimate I spent 20 years involved in real estate. I probably spent 15 years in electronics and 15 years in the financial markets. During most of that time, I spent maybe 30 years researching horse race betting systems and methods. I did well in that, but time changes things and it is a real job trying to stay in profit without a lot of work. During all that time there was a lot of overlap since I was doing multiple things at the same time.

Now in 2008 I am doing … well nothing is working as I expected or planned so I am taking it one day at a time. I have been planning on getting back in the financial markets since last October (2007), but seems like everything has come up preventing me from doing that.

The Internet “stuff” I have been working on has not paid off, mainly because I keep getting pulled away from what I am doing to help in this little TIME CONSUMING RCFE business we have in our home. This has to be the very worst type of business I can imagine. Hopefully we can do something about it soon.

Real estate has put me in a real bind with a half million dollar house worth about half or less than what we paid two years ago when we bought that brand new house. I am writing that off as a total loss, not worth the problems associated with keeping it. Better luck next time is how I feel about it.

Now, all that brings me up to date with all the juicy details left out. One detail, which has caused me problems recently, has been several of my websites have been hacked. I still have some of them off-line due to sheer frustration. Sooner or later I’ll get them back up, probably in a revised mode. I might have to learn something about how they hack sites so I can hopefully prevent most of those problems in the future.

I will be going to Africa on a safari in about five weeks. After that I have a lot of work to do on all my websites. Some I will sell. Some I will take down. The remaining I might convert from html to php sites plus I have about five very similar sites I need to put up.

Oops, I just uncovered some old papers, my First Class Radio Telephone License. It’s a lifetime license that allows me to work in a TV or radio station operating their transmitters. That’s another of my many licenses which I have held.
