I’ve created a Web Developer Quiz as sort of an indication of whether a programmer would be a viable candidate as a WordPress Developer. This quiz is not optimized to determine whether a person is a good fit necessarily, but rather weather they have enough experience to create a highly interactive WordPress plugin and/or theme.
Take the above quiz and see what it thinks about your skills. In the event I do get someone that qualifies with the experience I think I need, I do have a rather sophisticated project for them to take on.
My potential project looks quite simple on the surface, but is anything but that. First class skills are needed to create the particular type of site I am hoping to have created.
Unfortunately, even though I am a programmer I don’t have the web experience I would need to create the web application I want. But I do have a good idea of what’s involved and it is definitely anything but “a walk in the park.”
